1 large tenderized round steak
2 c. bread cubes
2 carrots
1 small onion
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grate carrots and onion Add bread cubes. Mix bouillon and 1/2 cup water until dissolved. Add to bread and carrot mixture. Put on steak. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Brown. Pour on soup and 1 cup water mixed together. Simmer about 1 hour.
