40 crushed Ritz Crackers
2 t. baking powder
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
6 stiffly beaten egg whites
2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream
Strawberries

Mix crackers with baking powder and pecans. Combine egg whites, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in cracker mixture. Grease 3 small or 2 large pie plates with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely. Refrigerate for few hours. Top with whipped cream and strawberries.
