1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. all spice
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 c. oatmeal
3 T. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream margarine until fluffy. Add sugar gradually beating thoroughly. Add egg and beat well. Stir together flour, baking powder, and spices. Mix oatmeal with dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture with milk. Add raisins and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
