1 c. warm water
Add ingredients into a deep bowl stirring until dough is formed. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough until it is no longer sticky. Move the dough back to bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic and let it sit for an hour at room temperature. Take the dough and divide into 12 equal size pieces. While keeping the rest of the dough covered take one piece and roll it into a ball. Use either a rolling pin or tortilla press and flatten pieces. To cook the tortillas heat them in a frying pan flipping occasionally.
