4 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
1/2 c. minced onion or chives
12 pieces bacon
1 pkg. wieners
1 c. grated cheese
Combine potatoes with onions and cheese. Split wieners lengthwise and fill with potato mix. Wrap each with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Bake in 375 degree oven about 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
